I doubt I’ll be spending much time at the beach but.. still. Be jealous.

My outreach team met with our contacts for our missions trip in the DR. They came over to Canada to speak at different churches and stuff and they seem like really cool people.

The one guy was pretty well tanned. SO THIS TRIP WILL OBVS GIVE ME A SEXY GOLDEN TAN. SSSSSSCCCCOOOORRREEEE! (more like a HARSH glasses tan line…)

His wife was really pale though… ?

Anyway, looks like I’m going to be doing a lot of chilling with Dominican Republic kids, which is awesome, and perhaps getting a gig playing drums for a crowd of about 1000. Sweet!

We will be working construction on a building. This building is the first church of that region. Historic! I hear our accommodations are going to be alright, decent rooms and bathrooms and whatnot. Not gonna be a PARTY CENTRAL RESORT/HOTEL *ahem* but it’ll be juuuust fine :)
