Clock Ignoring.

I initially wanted the name “clock-watching”, but that was taken. Also, I realized that clock watching is something we do when we are faced with mundane tasks/situations.

What I want to strive for is looking at the task at hand and rather than just trying to get by, to try and enjoy every moment.

For some of us, this applies to school, and for others, work. When we strive to develop good skills, grades naturally follow. Likewise, when we strive to do the best we can with even the most boring, undesired crap in our lives, time will follow.

While we’re on the subject of clocks, think about this: Almost all clocks are not exactly in accordance to the right time (Greenwich Mean Time), but all broken clocks tell the exact right time twice a day.
