Laughter.


It is often said that laughter is the best medicine, and rightly so.
More infectious than the deadliest disease, more distracting than the loudest coughs, and more dependent on others than the toughest group project.
I take laughter for granted too often. It’s seriously an antidote to an illness that you can’t even see: stress. It lowers stress levels, and improves the immune system!! TWO-FOR-ONE!! sweeet deal.
To my 18 dedicated followers: During these weeks of stress from school and life in general, don’t forget to laugh!!! There’s always a reason to :)
